Tuition and Expenses
An annual registration fee of $25 per student or $35 per family will hold a student’s spot in a class. This fee is for administrative, insurance, and licensing costs. Registration fees are not refundable with the exception of preschool students who are determined to be unready for dance, in which case they will receive a credit on their account for the following season.
Tuition and Expense Policy
Full monthly tuition is due by the 10th of each month, September through May. For your convenience, tuition payments may be paid through automatic withdrawal from your credit or debit account (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). If you wish to use automatic withdrawal, please fill out the consent form in the back of this handbook.
We will also accept cash, checks, or money orders for tuition payment if received by the 10th of the month. Please write the student’s name in the memo portion of the check. If you pay with cash, please ask for a receipt.
All payments received after the 10th of the month will incur a $10 late fee. There will be a $35 service charge on all returned checks. Tuition is based on the dance season, divided into monthly payments, regardless of how many weeks are in a given month. Tuition does not include registration fees, dancewear, shoes, costumes, recital fees, private lessons, or any other special events.
